ABOUT REN

Ren began her circus journey when she was first signed up for a circus summer camp–since then she’s been head over heels for circus, literally!

Beginning with the Circus Academy of Tucson, she created a solid base of skills to work off of–including juggling, aerial arts, and theater. After creating her foundation in circus, she traveled to Circus Smirkus in Vermont. There she learned to work in a group setting to create fun and engaging shows for a wide variety of audiences.

Post-Circus Smirkus, she was accepted into the the New England Center for Circus Arts ProTrack Program. Ren graduated the program in 2021. Having majored in fabric and minored in Chinese pole, Ren loves to find new ways to move and improve upon her circus skills. She has worked with Elsie Smith and Molly Graves on fabric, and Sandra Feusi on Chinese pole. Ren is now based in Abu Dhabi, as a Chinese pole performer with SeaWorld.

When not in the air, she can be found making balloon animals, embroidering, and occasionally putting nails up her nose.
